Girltrek Incorporated

Membership and leadership training: Girltrek promotes walking and physical movement as a low cost, high impact intervention that meets women at their point of need. These programs are steeped in black history and help women create a daily habit of walking. Girltrek also trains and supports a national volunteer corps to deliver tailored health solutions to their families and communities.

Media campaigns: Girltrek leads national public health campaigns that develop and catalog powerful health stories across both traditional and social media platforms. These campaigns help to shift the mindset and decision making of black women toward a shared culture of health and wellness.
