Placemaking: in conjunction with rocky mountain power, began master planning a catalytic, 100 acre community redevelopment in salt lake city's under resourced west-side.
Advocacy: continued supporting the pragmatists for clean air initiative and engaged feasiblity studies on a new equity sharing effort that will give low/moderate income families shared ownership of the places they reside in.
Space-making: began work on developing 66 units of permanent supportive housing in tooele, Utah as well as an adjacent community resource center, daycare, soup kitchen and shelter. Finished work on two supportive housing projects in salt lake city.
