Skills and business trainings: these programs in kenya and uganda provide comprehensive vocational training and entrepreneurship education to underserved communities. Through these initiatives, participants gain valuable skills in areas such as tailoring, jewelry making, and bar soap making, coupled with training in business management and marketing. The programs aim to empower individuals with The tools and knowledge needed to start their own businesses, thereby fostering economic independence and community development.
Direct support: these are our "heart" projects that have been an important part of our work since our inception, even as our mission has been focused on The self-sustaining, income-generating programs listed above. Examples include: 1) providing educational scholarships to individual students, 2) offering petrol and food assistance to remote maasai communities facing economic challenges and limited access to clean water, and 3) covering medical expenses for children's homes in need.
Animal rearing and agricultural enterprise: these programs in kenya, uganda and zimbabwe provide training and resources to farmers, empowering them to enhance food security, increase agricultural productivity, and improve livelihoods.
