Ashraf ability center. This organization serves children with disabilities and their families in rural uganda. They work to foster a stronger community through education, physiotherapy, nursing, and home visits. The funding has provided operating expenses, needed travel, and surgeries for children with disabilities.
Genshai engages with individuals, companies, and communities to bring basic needs to vulnerable populations - including education, shelter, health, food, and water - enabling them to create. Through grants received, fundraising was done for the maui fire relief ("maui mothers"), and funds were provided for a bore well in afghanistan, as well as surgeries for children with disabilities in uganda.
Mabira collective employs women that create ethical jewelry sold internationally. Through grants received, all 60 school-aged children of these women are sponsored through secondary schools and even on to technical schools.
Afghan water project. Construction of a bore well in afghanistan, benefitting 300 afghan families. Raksha nepal. Funded medical needs of a new shelter resident, and purchased new clothing for all of the women and girls at the shelter in preparation for the dashain festival.
