Program areas at Glenview Park Foundation
This is part of a multi-year grant to the Glenview Park district for an art sculpture in the lobby of the newly renovated and expanded Glenview community ice center.
The Glenview Park district has a scholarship fund to assist low-income families with children to attend Park district programs. With the covid-19 pandemic and related losses of income, there was a greater need for inventive programs and financial support for the community. The Foundation was able to grant the Park district 43,984 in 2021.
This is a direct payment to the vendor, a. gonzalez Inc, for plantings and maintenance at the arboretum.
Various donations to outside charitable organization, youth services, and 4th of july committee.
