Strategic networking and outreach:- issued a white paper "ecolabels and their role in mitigating climate change".- provided Ecolabelling training with unep, ilo and world bank- work on iso/standard work including iso14020.- collaborated with like minded organizations (e.g., united nations environment programme (unep), iso, iseal alliance, giz , apo, igpn, iclei, asia-pacific economic cooperation (apec) etc.- participated in key events or initiatives with target organizations
Promotion-celebrate world ecolabel day on october 13, 2022- renewed the website and launched the new gen logo.- conducted a "look closer" campaign-issue gen newsletters and annual report.
Internal cooperation:- managed , undertook and promoted the genices peer review (audit) process conducted with eco choice eco choice africa ), turkish environment label ministry of environment, urbanization and climate change ), singapore green label (singapore green labelling scheme), green label thailand (thailand environment institute)- hosted annual general meeting held online in october.- enhanced mutual recognition agreement (mra) between member organizations.
