Geda was founded to establish voluntary Global practices and standards that will reduce inefficiencies in the electronic distribution industry. Aligned with current Global industry needs and opportunities, geda will focus on promoting anti-counterfeit measures, identify Global supply chain best practices and develop voluntary operating standards that will assist the Electronics industry engage in Global commerce. All the industry practices and standards geda develops will be available to all industry participants free of charge.
