The Global Fatherhood award promotes gender equality in parenting, effective fathering practices and a greater understanding of the value of both parents roles. The organization partners with local schools, colleges and universities to creat opportunities for healthcare students from diverse backgrounds to gain access to higher education. This is done by providing financial support services, mentorship programs or job skills readiness opportunities.
