Child sponsorship-africa children in senegal & burkina faso, west africa are matched with a sponsor in the us. the sponsor provides a monthly donation that pays the child[:quote:]s tuition, school supplies & uniform to a private christian school. Sponsors have the opportunity to build a relationship with their child through writing letters & even visit them. In 2022, nearly 40 per cent of families in both burkina faso & senegal lived below the nation[:quote:]s poverty line, unable to provide adequate food, shelter, healthcare or education for their children. Public schools see a 39 per cent secondary graduation rate in senegal & 37 per cent in burkina faso, due to mandated government exams with a 40 per cent pass rate ending their education. the school[:quote:]s Go partners see a +90 per cent pass rate on these exams. the high quality education these children receive ensures they have a future in which they will be able to secure a job, provide for their family & break the cycle of poverty they were born into
Short term Mission trips Go on the Mission takes volunteers from the u.s. to our partner ministry sites in mexico, guatemala, burkina faso and senegal to work alongside our international ministry partners. Trip participants participate in a number of service projects throughout the week while building relationships with the children and families in the area. Through relationships, the children receive additional hope and encouragement short term Mission trips can open the eyes of everyone involved, they are transformational both in the lives of the children and the volunteers who give their time and hearts to be there.
Child sponsorship- latin america through child sponsorship, children in guatemala and mexico are matched with sponsors in the u.s. who give a monthly donation to cover expenses at partner ministry sites including schools, local feeding centers, after school programs and an orphanage. Sponsors have the opportunity to build a relationship with their child through writing letters, and even visit them if they wish children are provided access to basic necessities, educational opportunities, trustworthy mentors and in some instances a loving home. Every leader encourages the children to follow their dreams, work hard in school, and put their faith in the lord. They give the children hope, changing their lives and equipping them to break the cycle of poverty they were born into. Building relationships with their sponsors furthers this hope and gives the children a bright future.
