Program areas at God Cares Ministry
Recruit christian volunteers through presentations, internet, displays, brochures, interviews and word of mouth.
Support trained groups through newsletters, personal contact, resources on our website, publications and printed material and on-going training sessions. When requested we will provide group support meetings and sometimes donations to other nursing home ministries.
Trained volunteers through workshops; live, dvd videos and online. Training provides a biblical foundation for developing a nursing home Ministry care team.
Direct Ministry to nursing home residents, including one-to-one visits, funeral services and special outings such as picnics. The Ministry also includes providing resources such as song books, sound equipment and large print literature for those in need.
