Naba asha (new life) children home: in the year 2022, we continue to provide food, shelter, education to all 137 children in a safe environment where they can grow and strive. We finished landscaping and minor work in the boys building. Installed solar pumps and overhead tanks for both boys and the girls building. In 2022 we are in the process of building an assembly hall, that will serve as a gathering place for all the children. At the same time, it could also be utilized by the local community. Any donation that is generated from the assembly hall will be put back for the welfare of the children.

Mobile health care: in 2022, we continue to serve the backward populace and bolangir and nearby villages, providing them with free health screening and basic medicine as well as vitamin supplement. This year we provided special care to expectant mothers and newborn babies. This is to target the very high infant and maternal mortality in this region. In 2022 we provided free medical care to 5,706 patients in the bolangir region. This brings the total patient cared for since the inception of this program to 45,605 patients.

Scripture translation: our scripture printing and distribution program has picked up after a slow 2020. We have crossed 1.8 million copies in distribution in the year 2022. Translation of the old testament is progressing very well, and we plan to complete it in the year 2023.

Jesus film: in the year 2022 we focused on screening jesus film through cable tv and local channels. Even though there is no real mechanism to calculate viewership in that part of the world, due to mandated shutdown by local administration, viewership was very high. We have also started working on the translation and dubbing of the movie magdalena. Church planting and religious training: organization was successful in helping volunteers teach about the gospel of jesus christ. In this program, volunteers went out to villages to make disciples and provide church service where there is no church or people cannot go to church. Gnc kids club: before the pandemic, our weekly attendance in the kids club was going over 5,800. During the government mandated shutdown, we had completely closed all activities. In 2022, we retrained our teachers and volunteers and slowly started the kids club. By the end of year 2022, we have over 1200 children attending the kids club on a weekly basis. Scholarship program: under the scholarship program we continue to sponsor two of our students to study master in social work at amity university in noida,india. We also have two students completed their programs and have joined the workforce successfully in the year 2022. Mahima siksha kendra school: the slum school under mahima siksha kendra was started back again in 2022 and is thriving. We have added a computer library with eight microsoft windows computer to provide basic computer education to the underprivileged children. Women2women: in the year 2022 we have trained over one hundred women in our sewing school. Due to the pandemic many of them had lost touch without training and not having sewing machine and supplies at home. Most of them have now come back for retraining.
