Gsm properties offers professional property management services while focusing on the care of tenants so they are equipped to thrive and avoid eviction.
Good Samaritan Ministries and lakeshore habitat for humanity are joint owners of a four plex of affordable rentals. Good Samaritan Ministries has 75% ownership of the development and is responsible for all property management. The site is located on 96th street north of the city of zeeland, Michigan. Occupancy began in january 2019. The project name is state street town homes and third coast homes is the umbrella name of the joint tenancy arrangement with lakeshore habitat for humanity.
