Goodtemps staffing solutions Goodtemps offers local job seekers including persons with disabilities, displaced workers, ex-offenders, and people with other disadvantages assistance in entering or re-entering the job market. Working collaboratively with goodwill job-readiness programs and community partners, Goodtemps uses its extensive network of local employers to place individuals in a wide variety of occupations, in both temporary or permanent positions. Workers receive weekly paychecks while gaining valuable work experience and employer connections. Temporary assignments often lead to permanent hire. There are no start-up or placement agency service fees for workers. Money management training, tax preparation services, community resource assistance/referrals, and other supports are available to workers. In 2023, Goodtemps placed 456 people into temporary or direct employment, with an average hourly pay rate of $21.23 for its workers.
