Provide work adjustment, personal social adjustment, supported employment, and rehabilitation training for clients to develop work habits not otherwise obtained for employment in a competitive workforce. Provide job placement services, job readiness training, digital literacy training, life skills classes, financial literacy classes, and other services to individuals in the community.
Provide jobs and on-the-job training for disabled and otherwise disadvantaged individuals that could not otherwise obtain employment, through various Goodwill stores in the service area. Also provide opportunities for needy individuals to purchase clothing and other household items through various Goodwill stores in the service area with help cards provided through mission services and donations from organizations and individuals throughout the communities.
