With a workforce of 965 employees, gwnc served 4,830 Connecticut residents in 2022. 3,244 individuals received career services from our six free public career centers. 918 individuals found meaningful work and 837 participants with acquired brain injuries, intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental illness or other physical challenges integrated into the community, gained employment, or developed skills for greater independence through Goodwill's programs. Goodwill provided 334,607 hours of services in 2022.
