Homeless and supportive services - provides housing to help baltimore city and the state of Maryland to meet their goals to end homelessness. These programs are comprehensive, providing supportive services and links to community resources, aimed at helping individuals to achieve the greatest level of self-sufficiency possible and achieve positive goals. Real estate services - undertakes real estate Development activities in response to community needs and opportunities. This program includes developing an affordable retirement community in baltimore city at the former site of memorial stadium known as stadium place.
Senior services - provides housing and supportive services that help alleviate the affordable housing crises and allow elders to age in the community in a dignified atmosphere and provide activities for wellness. This program includes gallagher mansion, stadium place, senior network of north baltimore, and epiphany house.over 400 people are provided safe and affordable housing and supportive services. More than 1,000 older adults participated in programming and received information and resources at senior network of north baltimore.gedco provides management services to senior network of north baltimore.govans center for retired persons, inc. Operates the senior center under the name senior network of north baltimore (snnb).snnb's most popular classes include excercise programs, bible study, and bridge. Trips include day trips organized by baltimore city department of recreation and parks and overnight trips organized by snnb. Snnb provides programming for more than 1,000 older adults on an annual basis.
Asset management - gedco owns, in part or through partnerships, 12 buildings. Asset management provides oversight for the operations of these properties. Property management and community collaborations help bridge the residents with much needed supportive services. The properties are managed by third party property managers.
