Grace Adult Homes

The mission of Grace Homes was to develop, acquire, construct, and maintain buildings and property for providing long-term care service including quality assisted living containing facilities for recreation, instruction, education; and to minister to the individual physical, social, and psychological needs of the elderly residents of the facilities. The outbreak of the covid pandemic had a dibilitating effect on the operations of Grace Homes. The department of housing and urban development required the shutdown of the housing operations which took place in october and november of 2021. The operations shut down continued throughout 2022, including negotiations related to the eventual retun of the property to the department of housing and urban development. The transfer to hud was completed during the year and the entity was terminated.
