For the year ended December 31, 2023, Grace Ministries International, Inc. operated the following programs:(i) Counselor Training - The Organization is a counseling and training facility that offers Equipping courses for the next generation of Discipleship Counselors (EDC). This program offers a multi-faceted approach, including classroom study, videos, and co-counseling learning. This 30-session program will equip men and women who sense Gods calling to pastoral counseling with a firm introduction to the Exchanged Life Model of discipleship counseling. The focus of EDC is learning, observing, and practicing basic counseling skills.(ii) Counseling The Organization guides individuals and couples through understanding unwanted behaviors and difficult emotions to the experience of Gods design for thriving in life. The Organization offers individual, premarital, and marriage counseling all over the U.S. The Organization primarily offers remote video counseling but does offer in-person counseling depending on location, preference, and counselor availability. The counseling department provides monthly continuing education classes for its staff and members of Network 220.(iii) Resource Ministry - The Organization offers many free resources to the public including the Walking Free podcast, the Life Untangled website (offering multiple resources, studies, a blog, and E-books). The main organizational website also offers resources for purchase via the online store.(iv) Discipleship The Organization offers conferences and discipleship programs called Encounter and Amaze that are designed to encourage and facilitate spiritual growth through both individual and small community experiences.(v) Missions The Organization supports ministry partners in the U.S. and several countries by providing training and continuing education, and assisting them with fundraising efforts.
