Grace Place School is a unique educational program meeting the therapeutic needs of vulnerable youth who are victims of sex trafficking or are considered to be at high risk of becoming a victim. Grace Place saw an 85% increase in attendance. School readiness and grade level learning increased by 85%. 95% of the students who completed the academic program advance to their next grade level. 100% of seniors applied to a higher education establishment (college or technical School).
In Grace Place School's entrepreneurial t-shirt business program, stylin' with Grace, students learn how to develop a business plan, including identifying target audiences and implementing effective marketing strategies. Through hands-on experience, students build and operate an e- commerce platform, and at point-of-sale events, mastering the art of designing, graphics, and printing for their products. Additionally, students gain valuable insight into profit and loss projections, all while gaining practical on-the-job experience with gps social enterprise.
