Graduate Philadelphia's work is focused on advancing learning pathways and economic opportunity. Our three largest programs include the following:career integrated learning advisinggraduate Philadelphia's career integrated learning advising focuses on supporting adult learners from pre-enrollment through degree completion and attainment of other workforce credentials. The goal is to assist adult learners in obtaining the skills and opportunities needed for greater social and economic mobility and to support them in preparing to obtain family-sustaining wage employment opportunities. Leveraging best practices in proactive advising, Graduate Philadelphia's advising services proactively provide information to adult learners in learning options, career resources, wraparound services, and financial literacy.upskilling & reskilling of low-to mid-skilled workersthrough a network partnership with colleges, universities, and other learning providers, Graduate Philadelphia provides access to upskilling and reskilling resources and programs focused on credential attainment and degree completion. Examples include professional development, certificates, certifications, industry credentialing, as well as 2-year and 4-year degree attainment. The span of services includes the training of incumbent frontline workers as well as direct referrals to community-based organizations across the city of Philadelphia. Program delivery covers multiple industries and focuses on five main career tracks which include information technology, health tech & administration, digital literacy, general business, and entrepreneurship.capacity building & technical support for partnersgraduate Philadelphia establishes partnerships that include structuring and administering educational scholarship programs geared towards degree completion, identifying industry specific learner pathway opportunities, providing rich data and insights to inform strategic intiatiives and goals, as well as supporting forward progress towards greater soical and economic mobility for diverse communities.
