Program areas at Grandma's House of Hope
In 2023, Grandma's House of Hope's rescued and restored housing program operated 10 housing sites with 134 beds to provide emergency, bridge, transitional and healing housing with life-changing supportive services to single women and men who were experiencing unsheltered homelessness. We specialize in housing and supporting individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, incarceration histories, chronic health conditions and significant trauma histories. We help participants establish connections to medical care and other health care resources, stabilize and improve their health, obtain income and benefits, overcome obstacles to self-sufficiency and move into permanent housing.
