- 2023 was a transitional year in search of an executive director. - contacts and visits were made with local industrial companies. Worked with iedc in support of local businesses. - assisted businesses and local elected officials with abatement tif discussions and requests - organized and held an investor appreciation event. Highlighting and encouraging business development and expansion. - supported workforce development through participation in 21st century talent coalition, east central Indiana talent collaboration, partnership with taylor university center for innovation and entrepreneurship, assited in coordination of various workforce training initiatives. - awarded one charm Grant. Had to put the program on hold due to lack of funding. - represented Grant County through the readi 1.0 process. Began the process of leading in to the readi 2.0 process.
