Glpa-Lead promotes community welfare by providing education and training in Michigan, recruiting, training, and empowering progressive political leaders. The Great Lakes Political Academy has trained more than 250 fellows through its intensive program, which includes highly regarded general and specialization programs across the state. The general program prepares experienced rising campaign leaders to manage competitive campaigns, while the specialization program equips less-experienced leaders to guide specific campaign areas.
