Great River Outreach NFP

The Great River Outreach is a not for profit organization that brings people together to help build up and deveop our local communities. We provide a welcoming place with practical resources that deliver holistic care and help meet essential needs for many in our community and surrounding area. Gro has been involved in providing food, clothing, and shelter to the needy in carrroll county and the surrounding area since 2007. Since 2020 gro has opened the doors to bridges, the classy closet, and the table/golden meals center at 417, 413, and 411 main steet respectiviely in savanna. These three components of gro and the building in which they operate, support the mission of ther Outreach which is to embrace a christ-centered mission to coordinate the most efficient access to clothing, food, shelter, and other support for those in need, offering a hand up in life. Gro works with various community stakeholders such as service partners, churches, businesses, and community volunteers and is guilded by a board of community memebers make up of local service partners, businesses, retirees, and clergy
