The project will renovate 3501 7th Street, a 46,687 sq ft industrial property, into a center for social transformation providing services to residents overcoming poverty and rebuilding their communities. Awarded funds will support renovation of the existing commercial kitchen into a cafe and the Workforce Development Hub and other site infrastructure and predevelopment work.
Pass-thru grant from Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development to Arundel Community Development Services, Inc. This program identifies vacant, distressed, or problem properties in the Brooklyn Park community; ACDS acquires and rehabilitates them into affordable rental housing.
