Member and community services - fosters knowledge, stimulates interest and facilitates the general welfare and prosperity of the Columbus area for the benefit of its citizens and all areas of its business community.leadership Columbus is a program designed to identify leaders and volunteers to help guide the community in the years to come. The program exposes highly talented and motivated leaders to economic, governmental and socio-cultural community issues with the intent of involvement, future direction, and ultimately, solutions.the young professionals is a membership program whose vision is to foster an environment where young professional members age 21-40 are energized, engaged, and empowered to continue the legacy of leadership, progress and growth that has shaped the Greater Columbus, Georgia region.
Education and advocacy - encompasses activities that encourage the business community to become partners with schools in order to aid education in the Columbus area.the partners in education program seeks to improve education by stimulating meaningful business and community involvement in public and private schools. The program now emcompasses over 300 partners and over 80 schools engaged across seven school districts.the workforce advisory council exists to develop and sustain a highly qualified and skilled workforce through education, training and dynamic partnerships that will lead the Greater Columbus region into a stronger economic future.
Economic development - works directly with with ft. moore and local governments in the region to enhance sustainability and economic development. The Columbus 2025 plan is a collaborative community plan to create a more competitive and prosperous region. The guiding principles of the plan to are to increase prosperity, reduce poverty, and improve overall quality of life for a stronger and more vibrant region for decades to come.
