The Greater Kansas City Coalition to End Homelessness (GKCCEH) is the HUD Continuum of Care Lead Agency and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) Lead Agency for the MO-604 CoC inclusive of Jackson County, MO and Wyandotte County, KS. Our team of committed nonprofit professionals works collaboratively with community stakeholders to secure resources and develop home grown strategies to end homelessness in the Kansas City region. GKCCEH, in collaboration with the downtown council, opened up a drop-in center for the homeless to have access to the services of a doctor, dentist and therapist. In 2022, GKCCEH implemented a regional strategic plan, formed a new homless services drop-in center, and increased staff and volunteer capacity.
