The Greater Piedmont Realtors (gpr) provide exceptional value and services to our realtor members to elevate their success, professionalism, and ability to serve their clients. Providing educational and designation class opportunities are critical and needed for the realtor member to renew their state licensing requirements, stay abreast of current industry matters, and ensure they are equipped to serve their clients. Gpr provides classes throughout the calendar year covering many different topics/subjects for both new licensees, brokers, and renewing licensees in a virtual, in-person, and hybrid environment.

This is achieved by providing members the products and tools necessary to conduct real estate activities in the Greater Piedmont.
The Greater Piedmont Realtors (gpr) provide exceptional value and services to our realtor members to elevate their success, professionalism, and ability to serve their clients. Information is vital for the gpr member to conduct their business. Gpr provides monthly detailed analysis on the real estate market for our 4 county footprint to the membership, local & state legislators, and local press. Additionally, a weekly newsletter is developed and shared to include any updates or issues impacting the licensee or consumer relative to the real estate market. As regulatory matters occur, gpr provides virtual learning opportunities in addition to e-news during & post general assembly each year.
Gpr organizes functions to raise money for community projects which generally includes giving out scholarships to all the local high schools in our four county footprint, in addition to, many other community events such as the county fairs, homeless shelters, boys & girls club, nursing homes, etc.
