Greater Valley Health Center (the Center) is a federally qualified Health Center that provides medical, behavioral Health, and dental services primarily to low income individuals in the Community. During the year, the Center provided 18,831 medical encounters through clinics located in kalispell and hungry horse, mt; 9,553 behavioral encounters through clinics located in kalispell and six public schools in the Flathead Valley; and 5,370 dental encounters through clinics located in kalispell and a satellite location in hungry horse. The Center provides care to persons covered by governmental programs. The unreimbursed value of providing charity care and sliding fee discounts to these patients was 536,733 during the year.
