NCW Tech Alliance's mission is to bring people and technology resources together to create a thriving community. NCW Tech Alliance supports the regional economy by creating local and statewide connections for new entrpreneurs, businesses, and individuals which helps support their launch, development, or transition into the region. NCW Tech Alliance builds and runs educational programs for the community in three distinct areas: technology, entrepreneurship, and stem (science, technology, engineering, math) education. NCW Tech Alliance serves as the co-director of the apple stem network, a collective impact initiative to clear a pathway and secure resources for students to build stem fluency, therby opening the door to new careers. NCW Tech Alliance works to increase stem awareness, promote career connection learning, support the transition of students from k12 system into post-secondary pathways, support teachers with resources, and provide a way for industry and workforce to connect into the k12 systems. NCW Tech Alliance hosts over 30 events per year, the largest of which are the innovator awards luncheon, the flywheel investment conference, and the apple stem network. In addition, NCW Tech Alliance events and programs serve as a way to highlight successful innovators in the region while inspiring those who are just beginning their journey. This fosters an innovative and entrepreneurial community culture between community members, educators, and businesses.
