The purpose of Greensboro-Randolph Megasite Foundation, Inc. is to assemble a tract of land in randolph county nc through the acquisition of properties marketed, in conjunction with properties now owned or hereafter acquired by randolph county and others, to advanced manufacturers as a manufacturing Megasite in order to attract to randolph county an advanced manufacturer and thereby create jobs. The Foundation donated land in connection with this purpose in 2022 and received related cost reimbursements of $3,128,434.
