As a convener, advocate, investor, and funder, ghf engages with key partners, developers, elected officials, community stakeholders, and residents to increase and preserve the supply of a variety of safe, accessible, high-quality, affordable Housing choices to support economic growth and promote prosperity for all citizens throughout Greenville county. Ghf supported the development and preservation of 225 units of affordable Housing, completed a communitywide affordable Housing strategic plan, launched the Greenville affordable Housing coalition to support ongoing community education, added parcels to our land bank, and supported the renovation of 9 owner-occupied single family homes through our homeowner preservation program.
