Program areas at Greenwich Art Society
Conducted four semesters of art classes in our own studio with a total of 390 semesters of students. Provided $1,096 for needy students to to participate in art classes.
As part of an initiative to reach underserved students in the greater Fairfield County area, the Greenwich Art Society provides art programs involving music and art to expose inner city children to cultural enrichment activities that their schools are not able to provide. This program was curtailed this year due to pandemic restrictions,
Usually conduct two juried art shows in public venues. This year we were able to do only one because of local construction issues and closures due to pandemic restrictions.
Other expenses directly servicing multiple programs.
