Additional capacity building support includes providing one-on-one technical assistance support. Groundworks New Mexico also provides professional networking and learning opportunities, both in- person and virtually, to help connect and unite the social sector.
Membership Groundworks New Mexico provides membership services to New Mexico's social sector, including nonprofit organizations, philanthropic organizations, nonprofit consultants, government, and other professionals serving the social sector. Membership support services seek to provide New Mexico with nonprofit workforce solutions and impact support. Membership benefits and services include networking opportunities with other social sector individuals and organizations? Discounts on trainings, products; directory participation and access; professional development training, technical assistance, and social sector education, workshops, trainings, convenings, and conferences.
Strategic collaboration Groundworks New Mexico advances the social sector by uniting and supporting nonprofit service-providers, grantmakers, government, and other professionals supporting the social sector to improve our collective impact on critical issues in New Mexico. Groundworks' center for strategic partnership provides programs and services to 1) improve systems, policies, and social sector investment through research and advocacy 2) provide infrastructure support and thought leadership to enable collaboration and align diverse stakeholders across the social sector on critical issues in New Mexico 3) promote and facilitate strategic partnerships by incubating projects and providing backbone support.
