Focuses on seeking employment opportunities to help individuals achieve personal career goals. For each individual that wants to work in the community, the team develops an inventory of the interests, skills, and experience relevant to his or her job search, employability, job batch, retention, and long-range career development. All individuals placed in community employment receive job coaching.

The organization provides medically-based services that are designed to increase independent living skills, improve health, and establish new and meaningful friendships through site-based community therapies and learning activities. Services include on-site nursing, therapeudic consultation, training and assistance with activities, and fine and gross motor skill development.

Centered on personal interests, the cbds program has structured group activities that enhance the skills needed to connect people with the community and increase their indepedence. The individuals gain knowledge that allows them to make informed decisions that guides them on the path they desire. Services include community opportunities, volunteering, and skill building activities, money management, healthy living and exercise, meal preparation, and music therapy.
