Guardianship Program of Dade County

The Guardianship Program of Dade County is a non-profit agency incepted in 1980 servicing miami-dade County's most vulnerable residents. In 2023 we served 1493 clients and assisted them in a full range of care including securing their assets, ensuring their medical care, and attending to their financial and legal needs. Gpdc is the largest and oldest public Guardianship organization earning the trust of the 11th judicial circuit from where we are appointed guardian of the frailest elderly, developmentally delayed, and mentally ill adults of miami-dade county.per some of our more recent regularly scheduled audits "the Guardianship Program of Dade County reflected and very well organized and effective Program that met or exceeded all contractual and statutory requirements." To add, in 2019 gpdc was named a south Florida top workplace by the sun sentinel. Last, the mayor daniela levine cava, recognized and commemorated us for 40 years of providing exceptional service to the community.
