Program areas at Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence
Provided food, shelter, medication, transportation, advocacy and counseling for victims as well as their family members. The Center also provided community awareness programs, crisis lines, and help for victims to become financially independent. The Center served a total of 2,184 individuals in 2022. In addition, the Center received 17,015 crisis calls on its crisis line during 2022 and 290 educational programs were provided, reaching 20,514 participants.
