Construction continued on homes - completed 1 home and 2 critical home repairs during fy 23, bringing the total of new homes completed since 2002 to 61, and over 58 households served with critical home repairs to address issues of health and safety. Still tyring to ramp up from lingering after effects from the covid-19 pandemic.
Work closely with families from selection, through build process, and continuing through morgtgage pay off, offering support and education to selected families for their entire first time home ownership experience. Homeowners participation includes 500 sweat equity hours with the organizatioin and educational classes including homeowner financial literacy education.
