We construct and rehab affordable homes for lower incomefamilies. We complete home-builds for families and complete outreach projects permitting homeowners to remain safely in their homes. During the tax year, one home was rehabilitated and sold. We hold & service non-interest bearing mortgages for lower income families. There were 49 mortgages open at the end of the year. We operate one restore to recycle donated household items and sell them at reduced prices to help fund our mission.
