To provide affordable housing for low-income families from james Island, scto edisto Island, sc. Our partner families are low income working families in our community. They are required to make a down payment, contribute up to 500 hours of "sweat equity, and pay for their home through an interest-free,no profit mortgage. The families are first time home buyers. The organization's volunteers contributed 47,250 hours to the organization. Seeking to put god's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities and hope.
