Program areas at Handshake Columbus

Scholarships granted to thirty-six students that successfully completed the program. The program consists of eight scheduled sessions between the Student-Athletes and their Handshake America Coaches over the course of one year. The sessions are workshop-type group discussions focusing on the Handshake America Five Practices of Success. Students learn from their coaches, peers, and special guests providing a diverse viewpoint to each of the Practices.
