Domestic violence programs: includes 24 hour hotline; emergency transitional housing, children's services, legal advocacy; economic empowerment programs; individual advocacy and support groups; community outreach and education; supportive housing services.each year, Harborcov estimates that it reaches nearly 3,600 victims and survivors of domestic violence in the Massachusetts harbor communities of chelsea, east boston, winthrop, revere and charlestown, targeting survivors who are: primarily english or spanish speaking; low-income; living in our communities; and who face additional barriers - such as disability, immigration status and homelessness - to accessing resources and achieving good life prospects.
