The Foundation is a non-profit corporation that was established in 2015 and created to honor Harrison Greenberg's appreciation for marine life and his love of the ocean. Harrison was 19 when he passed away unexpectedly on april 6, 2015.the purpose of the Foundation is to renovate, maintain and support the roundhouse aquarium teaching center located on manhattan beach peer. The roundhouse acquarium charges no admission fee, is open 7 days a week and is dedicated to teaching people of all ages about the oceans, marine life, and human impact on the environment. Currently, the roundhouse is undergoing retrofitting, upgrading and reconstruction.
