Program areas at Harrybertoia Foundation
Throughout the year, the Foundation will find appropriate museums for sculptures; locate monumental commissioned sculptures that might be hidden in warehouse; streamline the exhibition process by creating a representative permanent collection of the Foundation; update and publish an online catalogue of harry bertoia's completed works; and index, organize, and scan the archives for easy access to researchers.
A large charitable activity that happens throughout the year is teaching. The Foundation creates and distributes a teaching guide/curriculum for all ages of students to encourage education about the arts.
November 10, 2023 - an opeh house with 42 visitors enjoying the concerts, food, and door prizes of the annual thanksgiving celebration. New sculptures were displayed, and a short lecture was given. Expenses included ads and refreshments at 2,078.
To further the exempt purpose of the organization, the Foundation providing authentication services of harry bertoia artworks.
