The Harstine Island Garden Club, part of the Harstine Island Community Club, has revitalized, operates, and maintains an educational and learning greenhouse and garden at the Pioneer Elementary and Middle Schools. The greenhouse and gardens provide an outdoor living laboratory for K-8 students to integrate and cultivate their curiosity, appreciation of healthy foods, environmental stewardship, connection to the natural world and the delight of science through nature.
Maintained the Harstine Island Community Hall which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP 89000212) and the Mason County Place of Historic Interest. The hall is maintianed as a public meeting hall for the benefit of the community. The hall is available for use by the community for both events that provide a benefit to the community at large and private events.
Harstine Island Women's club, part of Harstine Island Community Club, provides social opportunities for women in the community. They support support other charities such as Saint's Pantry, Turning Pointe, and Community Lifeline.
The Harstine Island Theatre club, part of Harstine Island Community Club, presents theatrical presentations for the community that are of cultural benefit.
