Produce the made in Hawaii festival to promote Hawaii made products in sponsorship with private and public sponsors. The festival is normally a three day event and features nearly 400 exhibitors who showcase Food products, books, gifts, apparel and jewelry, arts and crafts, produce, and many more home grown products from around the 50th state.
Publish educational magazine with information relative to Industry updates and new and revised government laws.
Workshops and committee activities for members and others to maintain high standards of efficiency and integrity in the Food Industry. Provide related materials and services. Produce annual Food Industry convention. Participate in conferences and meetings, public meetings for Industry and economic development.
