The Hawaii International Dyslexia Association facilitates exploration of the causes and early identification of dyslexia and promotes effective teaching approaches and related clinical intervention strategies for dyslexics. They achieve this through teacher training workshops, community outreach and presentations, and the Odyssey Project Teacher/tutor Training. This program provides facilitated virtual presentations in research-based instructional strategies to teach/support students with dyslexia and other struggling readers, along with conference fee waivers for teachers.
