The Hawaii Youth Challenge Foundation empowers Youth Challenge Academy students to dream, believe, achieve and succeed by developing and sustaining reliable non-appropriated funding sources and opportunities. They deliver STEM enrichment to at-risk youth in inner city/rural areas through STARBASE Hawaii on behalf of the DOD. The foundation also provides scholarships and grants for post-graduate education and employment training to graduates of the Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy. Additionally, they provide funding for operational support.
