Program areas at hawkwing

23nd Annual Give-Away. Our annual Give Away was able to ship to South Dakaota for the holidays for the children and families, despite the pandemic and its aftermath. Along with a truckload of items from Amazon, we included 2,600 boxes for the children at an average value of $25 each.
10th Year of administering Cheyenne River Indian Reservation Food Bank. See Attachment A. Along with the non-perishable food we send to the Reservation once or twice a year in the shipments, we also work with Food Share of South Dakota.
14th Annual Helping Hands and 12th Medical Mission. See Attachment A. Yearly, we have chosen a project to better the lives of the children and their relatives. That is the Helping Hands initiative. This year, we were unable to travel out to the Reservation due to the pandemic and its aftermath. We were able to send some money for the vitamin program.
Our President and CEO, Rochelle Ripley, goes to churches and schools to educate Non-indigenous people about the conditions of Cheyenne River Indian Reservation.
