Program areas at Haywood Street Community Development

HSCD completed the planned redesign after the purchase of an additional parcel of land adjacent to the parcels purchased in 2022. Efforts of infrastructure development and site work continue to support the mission of building deeply affordable housing with accompanying ministries. A management fee contract is in place between Haywood Street Congregation and Haywood Street Community Development to provide necessary functions such as fundraising, accounts receivable and payable.
